TESTS:

- Hydraulic testing of bodies and nozzles before assembly. - Tightness test as per API 527.

- Set pressure test.

Any additional test or Non Destructive Examination will be subject to study and extra-cost if applicable.

PAINTING: 

For  safety valves in carbon steel and  temperatures under 120°C: the valves will be degreased and passivated then covered with a polyurethane finish coat - Colour RAL 5012 blue – Thickness: 80 microns.

All stainless steel valves will be delivered unpainted, degreased  and passived.

INSPECTION:

there is no inspection included in our quotation. Any future request for an inspection will be subject to a study in order to determine the eventual extra cost and extra delivery time.
