Established in 1954, Cemp was among the first companies in Italy to manufacture flameproof motors.
Over the years, the product range has broadened introducing flameproof motors with brake, electric pumps for printing machines, flameproof motors for Group IIC gases and for mining, non-sparking and safe area motors.
Cemp offers, besides standard products, a consulting and engineering service to offer “tailor made” special motors to customers’ requirements.
Since 2024 Cemp is part of WEG Group.
