TRIPLE ECCENTRIC design, which minimises the contact between seal and seat so increase the performance of valve, reduces its maintenance and  increases its life. 

TECHNICAL FEATURES  & MATERIALS :

1- BODY: one piece of casted carbon steel  ASTM A 515 Gr.60 + SS316 OVERLAY or equivalent.

2- BUTTERFLY: triple eccentric type of casted carbon steel  ASTM A 515 Gr.60 nickel plated

3- SEAL SEAT: Lamellar metallic DUPLEX + GRAPHOIL

4- SHAFT: one piece A 182 Gr F6A Cl III or equivalent 

5- BUSHING: Self-lubricating of 316 + HVOF No further lubrication is required.  

6- STEM SEAL: self-adjustable type and composed by two 

elements: a GRAPHITE collar in contact with the process fluid, and an internal elastic ring which ensured the sealing action both at low and high pressures. 

7- SCREWS: B7 – 2H

8- LEAKAGE CLASS: VI according to ANSI FCI 70.2

9- PAINTING: Suitable for required service

10- MARKING: as per our standard (aluminium nameplate) MSS SP-25

11- MANUAL OPERATION: by gear with handwheel
